I am an accomplished professional with over two decades in the food industry in a variety of roles including pastry chef, chef instructor, executive chef and director of operations in restaurants, resorts, catering, retail operations and food production companies. 

I embarked on a new journey as a Recipe Developer & Tester for print and digital brands such as EatingWell, Food & Wine, Allrecipes, Better Homes & Gardens, Serious Eats, Southern Living. I fell in love with creating content, the process of recipe development and food photography.
